Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship **within the United Kingdom only** (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).  

2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).  
- During peak periods (e.g., Christmas), processing may take slightly longer (we’ll notify you if delays occur).  

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options (via Yodel or Evri:  

Shipping is calculated by weight so your shipping will be calculated in the shopping basket with a final cost shown. 

Orders delivered in the UK over £50 will receive free shipping and this will be calculated in the shopping basket and automatically applied.

NOTE:  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed—delays can occasionally happen due to postal service disruptions.  

4. Order Tracking 
- **Tracked orders**: You’ll receive a tracking link via email.  
- **Standard orders**: No tracking, but contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days.  

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
-Lost in transit? Report it to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.  
- Damaged books? Email us at lisaatbookbuddies@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement/refund.  

6. Returns & Exchanges**  
Due to the nature of used books, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. See our Returns Policy for details.  

7.  Customs & Import Taxes
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes or import duties that are assigned by your country
